The room was beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed and amazing city views. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering coffee or tea upon arrival. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center.

The noise was a bit too much for a good night's sleep, with church bells and early morning truck unloading waking me up both mornings. The stairs were also extremely narrow and steep, which could be challenging for some guests.

i had a really really nice experience here, everything was excellent, the location was beautiful just next door to the centrum of utrecht as well as the city's centre with all restaurants. the folks were excellent. the service was excellent, that made the hotel pretty standard place. i enjoyed the stay.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and to the transport stations. During my Christmas stay, they offered complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby and a cozy fire in the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I also liked the fact that they had a mini-fridge in the room and a TV with many channels to choose from.

The stairs to the room were steep and narrow, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down. The noise level was high, with the sounds from the busy street and the church bells that rang every 15 minutes, throughout the night, disturbing our sleep.

The boutique below the hotel provides an excellent shopping opportunity for the ladies. , the train station is in close proximity if you want to explore other parts of the country. The staff is very attentive and will make sure to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are well-fitted with modern amenities including soft beds, lovely fragrances, Illy coffee, and a mini-bar.

The noise levels from outside, especially on the street side rooms, can be a disturbance to your sleep.
